Shipping Method

Formify furniture is delivered by only the carefully selected delivery companies. Delivery will happen directly to your door. We aim to provide you with a hassle free and personal service. Depending on your location and your order, we will select the most efficient delivery company.
 

Shipping Time

Shipping time varies based on several factors, including our production partners product capacity and stock level.
 

Shipping Destinations

Our standard shipping options now focus on the Netherlands, Belgium and some parts of Germany. Shipping is however available for all EU countries and in some cases internationally. Please contact us to discuss your international shipping options.
 

We are happy to ship globally for an additional charge. Email us with your address and a screenshot of your design so we can calculate the exact shipping time and cost.
 

Return Policy

We’re sure you’ll love your Formify product. Since every Formify closet is tailored to your exact needs, returns are not possible. However free replacements in the case of production or delivery damage are guaranteed. For more detailed information on Formify’s return policy, you can see our Terms of Service.

If you believe your Formify purchase is incomplete or defective, you can easily get it repaired or replaced by emailing us at info@formify.com. We will contact you within 14 days and let you know if we can fix or replace your product. For more detailed information, please see our Terms of Service.
